You got this! Just drink mothers aid tea to help keep supply up. I have had no issues with supply lowering due to exercise.

Ok, I will try to be close to that. I did lose 16lbs in my first 30 days on MFP and T25 but now it has slowed to nothing. Granted I did indulge a few times, but generally I do not

I wish I could accurately determine my calories lost. Right now I am using a table that suggests how many calories burned in the amount of time and based on weight for T25

Ok, makes sense, but then I should be eating back my exercise calories? I am currently not doing that. I may dip into them a tiny bit but not much. I am also not watching macros at all.

Oh, yes...they are close. I am using the calories portions on the backs of packaging or just using google for the calories and putting them into MFP, or finding the closest one to what it is on google.

;Muscle weighs more than fat :) Don't get discouraged. As you gain more muscle you will lose more fat. The more muscle you have the higher your resting metabolic rate it. You will burn fat for hours after your workout! Don't get discouraged! Make sure to take measurements once a week to see true results. Great job!

Yup, she's got it :) Calorie deficit is the only way. Log everything and make sure you stay at or under your calorie allotment for the day...you will lose then!

Thank you :) It definitely turned into something that I was not interested in. I have upped my calories and have had way better success with my hunger. My weight loss has slowed considerably, so I feel better knowing I am doing it the right way :)

Awesome advice everyone. Before I definitely ate when I was bored, if I wanted something I ate it. This was definite hunger. But I have increased my calories and am feeling great. I ate a big breakfast and lunch and no more hunger!

ANNNNDNDDDD, this is officially the last question I will post on MFP, what a joke. When did it become about an argument over helping someone succeed at getting healthier? Stop arguing, it's getting old! Thank you for all the positive comments and help. Today is way better!

I am looking for suggestions from people who know how to support someone who's long term goal is to lose 100lbs. I am not looking for an argument. I could eat nurtient dense foods all day or non nutrient dense but I prefer the healthier choices. They make me feel better.

The only thing that truly makes me feel full is carbs. But I do know I have become an overeater, hence my weight. I will try adding in some almonds :) I am just going to keep trucking with this increase in calories and see how it goes. I know losing weight fast isn't healthy but I am doing it the healthy way so hopefully…

I don't think it comes across as rude and I am being totally honest. I love the food. I love how I feel. My stomach has never felt this good. I have 500 calories left today and I was thinking of getting a mini oreo blizzard but I don't really want it. I would rather have something clean.

I also want to say, I am not TRYING to lose a lb a day, for whatever reason that is just what has happened. I have my goal at 2lbs/ week which I think is a healthy weight loss.
