Thank you sixxpoint!!!! I appreciate you taking the time to help! I am going to do that!

Thank you TeaBea :) I have used a tdee calculator and I changed all my goals on MFP to reflect those. I am going to log my workouts but at 0 calories burned manually, just so I can see that I have worked out. Fingers crossed I get somewhere :)

Panache is what I wear. Though I am larger chested...it is amazing and has a j hook for added support during high impact workouts :)

I just completed Insanity Max 30 and it is intense and amazing!!! Love this workout!!!! Worth every minute you feel like dying lol

Hey, yes I recommend it, it is an amazing program. You will not believe how much further you can push your body from week to week. I would definitely recommend not going in with high expectations. My first workout, I maxed out at like 6 minutes and the warm up is 5 minutes! lol. But now, I can finish an entire workout of…

Ok :) That's what I was thinking, was just to cycle back between the 2 :) I was just wondering if there were any other videos/workouts that people has tried. I am going to look at Jillian Micheals stuff! Thanks

Add me :) I am 12 months post partum and have lost 36lbs in 6 months!! You got this!

AND THIS IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS!!! Just keep swimming, swimming, swimming -Dori the Fish ....YOU GOT THIS :) WAY TO GO

every day, my treat is a coffee with real cream. I drink that at approximately 3:00pm. It holds me over until dinner and gives me an energy boost. It tastes good and makes me feel like I am getting a treat :) I am always starved by 2:30-2:45ish, my body knows when I need it. Then I drink a ton of water and wait until…

I completed T25, with amazing results! I am on to Max 30 now. I never doubled up on workouts except on double video Friday. But I did go for a 4km walk pretty much every night so there was no need to double up. T25 is an awesome newbie program and really gives you a nice boost into heightened strength :)

Thanks everyone!!!! Making me feel great
-
Thank you everyone :)

It's hard to see, but clothes feel soooo much better! I am not crushing myself into a 16, it fits perfect an not in a plus size store :) Just goes to show anyone can do it as long as they are determined enough :)
-
Glad I could help :) I have finished the entire program and it was my catapult into strength!! Love it

I will post the site that I go by, I think it is pretty accurate. Obviously not more accurate than a calorie counter, but it worked for me :) Good luck, I had a lot of success on T25! http://www.t25calories.com/

STRETCH!!! lol...I just got through this. My first 3 weeks of Insanity were brutal. First line of defense, stretch MORE and then epsom salts soak and then ibuprofen :) And just keep pushing!
-
Just stick to it and don't give you! You will all do great :)
-
You have to want it bad enough to make a life style change. It is not easy, and it will not be easy. Start being more active and log EVERY THING that goes in your mouth. You will see a difference, but it will be slow. Good luck! You just have to be stubborn enough to not give up!
-
Also, I do everything modified....don't kill yourself!!!
-
ok, so T25 is the absolute BEST starter program!!! It prepares you so well for Max 30. I just did day 1 cardio challenge and maxed out at 12:12. I am a 237lbs person but am in awesome shape because of t25 :)
-
lol, Tanya and I are bff's! I loved the workout almost so much that I want to do it again but I know I can do more so here I come Insanity :)

I have several goals in mind. I started at 266 now I am 237. I have been working at it since January. My goals are: to get to onederland, to lose 100lbs, to lose 60lbs this year. I focus on whatever goal sounds right at the time. If I am having a great day I think about losing 100lbs total. If I have a bad day I just think…

Just don't give up!!!! If you have a bad day, try again! That is my best advice. Also, have some non counting days...helps keep me focused for 85% of the time.

Starting April 13th :) Just finished T25, total weight loss of 29lbs in 14 weeks :)
-
Also, keep in mind, the less you have to lose, the slower it comes off. I started at 266lbs and didn't hit a plateau until 25lbs lost. The first 25 came off fairly easily. BUT I have 100lbs total to lose. I always think of Dori from Finding Nemo, "Just keep swimming, just keep swimming..." lol, sorry I am a mom!

Don't look at it as dieting, look at it as being healthy. Don't deny yourself treats, you will break down and binge. Just eat in moderation and ensure that you are in a calorie deficit by the end of the day. If that means having one doughnut then so be it, then you have a plain salad for lunch and chicken breast for…

JUST KEEP GOING!!!! DO NOT GIVE UP :) If you give up, it definitely will not change. I know plateaus are hard, I just got over one. Just keep eating a calorie deficit and working out. It will move. Also, I find it very helpful to take measurements, as you may be gaining muscle and your body shape may be changing :) Just…

27lbs down and 73lbs to go!! I started my journey on January 1st, 2014...it is doable! Just have to completely change your mind set. I am not working out, I am just being active. I am not dieting I am just eating in moderation and not gorging. It is possible :) Add me for support!

It is definitely not healthy...I did it and lost 1lb per day, after 30 days it was a quick 30lbs but I swear that stuff makes you fertile because 2 weeks after I finished I got pregnant, as well as a couple friends. It is definitely not worth the pain of 500 calories/day. Here I am, eating 1600-2000 calories per day and…
