I have been eating the last few days for breakfast, 1 orange, a cup of coffee and cream, and a Smart Ones Smoothie. The total breakfast is 230 calories.

I log everything that I eat during the day. However, I need to get better at weighing my meat portions. So today, I have decided to place my scales on the table permanently and use it every day. I normally do not go over 1,200 calories per day and lose at least a pound or more each week.

For about 2 or 3 weeks I was buying Dole Diced Peaches with no added sugar, but I haven't eaten any in approximately 2 weeks now.

Congrats to you. You look absolutely amazing! I started out at 5'2" 276 lbs. and weight 221 lbs. My goal is 130 lbs. as well. I want my body to look just as amazing as yours. Kudos to you!! You look great and I certainly can see how happy you are that you now feel healthy as well. I have lost over 51 lbs. January 2014 with an additional 112 to go. You are an inspiration as you have kept it off and still going strong.
