I just realized there were three choices when I said there were two. Lol

Sugar doesn't cause diabetes. It is largely a genetic factor. Being overweight increases the odds as well. The national diabetes association even says on its website that while it's important to get a balanced diet, unless you are diabetic, there's no reason to fret over sugar. I would focus on protein, fats and fiber…

If you're on the app, you can use the left side bar to select nutrition. There's a tab for weekly, where you can see the calculated remaining calories for the week to remain in a deficit. =P Makes me less neurotic about days in the red.
-
Mine always varies. I focus on getting my nutrient requirements and keeping within my allowed calories as priority but depending on the day and the snack, sometimes those help me meet my goals. Mine range from 300-500 calories, when I'm in weight loss
-
It won't matter, either way. I tend to go by weekly average, as it's not so much a day to day as it is consistency. So, you could put it on either day, really. If I'm awake past midnight, I usually use the previous night's calories, as technically my day hasn't ended. However you keep track of it =)

No. Why in the world would I deprive myself of food for something my kidney and liver do for me? Sounds horrid.

Banana, unless the yogurt was Greek and had decent protein, as I always have to make a conscious effort to hit my protein goal. Maybe both... I bet I could put the yogurt in a protein pancake recipe and top with bananas and melted peanut butter...

Oooh Imma add Hershey's chocolate syrup and I'm so in!!

Well, though it's the only one Ive tried Quest multipurpose protein powder is really nice. Mixes well in pancakes, shakes, oatmeal. =) It is, however, a tad expensive

That's what Taco Bell is to me. Tastes better, too

No. Just so much no I can't even facepalm properly. Op, Whatever you enjoy within your calorie limits. I had rocky road ice cream last night. Some nights I have popcorn.

I need these... Now!!!!

It's a bit pricey but the multipurpose protein powder of Quests is awesome. Gets a little frothy if put in a shake, but tolerable. The taste isn't offensive and it mixes well. I like that I can mask it decently for like mochas or smoothies I do. Oh. And on the quest chips note... I've only had the salt and vinegar ones and…

Food scale was my lifesaver. I am in love with peanut butter and avacado. The second I put those stickers on there, I found out I was consuming almost double what I tbought. Also, careful with HRM. You'll never be able to gauge 100% what you burn. It's why I switched to TDEE method , so I could eat a bit more consistently…

 Hope it halps. And crossing my fingers and toes for you. I'm glad to be back wif my badass gelato badass frands.

That is really odd. =/ .

Echoing this. I lost 53 lbs in 9 months and regularly used protein powder, as a convenient source of protein. No individual foods stump loss. I'd check logging accuracy. Maybe invest in a food scale? Are you overestimating burns from exercise. Etc. It will always be cico

I, too, am a success story of the gelato cleanse. Worked wonders.

Have you seen the movies? I actually played Silent Hill 1 through 4. The first movie was okay. I could appreciate them all in a sense on the fact that the creatures from them are terrifying. Maybe she's coming to bring you a fresh continental breakfast?

I'd file a police report

If you're worried about how clothes fit, don't worry about quick weight loss. Losing weight quickly will probably lead you disappointed when you still can't fit into those clothes in the end. Why? Well, you're a healthy weight and losing quick means muscle loss. I'd pick up some form of resistance training. Ideally…

I let them wonder :smiling_imp:

Totally personal preference =) For me, if I break my fast at noon, Im better satiated then if I had ate right when I woke up. I'm more of a volume eater, in that, if I graze all day, I'm always hungry but 3 or 4 large meals satiate me much better. Just have to play around with what works for your schedule and what makes…

Would Silent Hill nurses be considered demons or zombies? /pondering
