I'm all like, "I shouldn't do this while driving but POKESTOP!!!!"

Always creeper. Never a creepee.

Inflatable machetes, right? My fragile heart couldn't stand it. Maybe just a jab with the back end of a lightsaber to incapacitate them so I could steal their food source?

Tell me moar.

The city of Torrence is a gym? I'm in. But nobody better be clogging traffic by curling in the squat rack.

Well, this put a delightful smile on my cold, black heart for the night. Well done, everyone.

I'd say the naysayers are probably more likely to maintain their loss and reach their goals because they didn't look for the easy way out by cheating themselves of learning how to curb their own appetite naturally and realized that irregardless of what products claim, weight loss is calories in vs out
-
Yeah, you don't lose it all when you throw up. I'd just keep what you logged and move on. ..and feel better♡.

No problem! I typically wake up at 6 am and don't eat until 11am or later, mostly because I'm not hungry until then. Definitely don't force yourself into meal times simply for the fact, if it's working for you, stick to it. I know there's that much touted myth about meal timing and metabolism but it really doesn't matter,…
-
It's not unhealthy? Meal timing is all about the individual. As long as you're staying within your calories and eating moderately healthy, you're golden. Eat when it is best for you.

^Either that or a recomp, where you eat at maintenance, get proper protein (typically about 1g per pound of lean body mass) and do a good progressive load routine but THAT takes a long time. As a newbie, you might see miniscule gains for a short period (CNS adaptation, I do believe it's called), but it doesn't last long.…

Do you have a doctor you could speak to about all this? Obviously, you'd need to tailor yourself around a plan that would allow you to keep your blood sugar at a safe level while still creating a deficit. It sounds kind of scary and I'd hate for you to take any advice that isn't from a medical professional about this ♡.

When I was starting weight loss. I would eat UNDER. Because mentally, I talked myself into smaller portions to make up for not weighing. The mind is a powerful thing. I'd also address the 'obsession'. If it effects you negatively, maybe calorie counting isn't for you. But understand that irregardless, a calorie IS a unit…

Mine had never been large, even with 60 lbs added to my frame from what it is now. Sadly, no one can tell you what yours will do, since where fat is lost, as we lose, comes down to genetics. I'd honestly try not to focus on it. Just lose weight at a sustainable pace and see what happens.

Bump

But CICO isn't a label for counting. It's how you gain/maintain/lose weight. And following the rules of any diet is still based on that principle
-
I think you're confused. Okay, so you're waiting on scientists to change thermodynamics to enable you to eat to your hearts content without gaining weight? Me too. I'll wait in that line because there's at least 6 flavors of Talenti I'd like to eat in succession without gaining.
-
You're 112 lbs and you think you need to lose another 14? How tall are you? I find it terribly hard to believe someone could lose 42 lbs and it not be noticeable. Perhaps you should talk to someone about this?
-
^this too. Admittedly my mind went straight to the gutter on this thread xD
-
You haven't seen me eat, then.
-
Yeah, you can't choose where fat is lost. Isolation moves work the muscles underneath fat but does nothing to remove the fat overtop the muscles. Where we lose fat comes down to genetics. Best thing you can do is lose weight slowly, get a good amount of protein, and do some form of resistance training. I had to live with…

That would be interesting. Thank you so much ♡

Guiness blonde and chicken stir fry

Thank you

It took me 9 months to lose 53 lbs. And about 6 months doing a lean bulk where I gained 4 lbs.
-
If your goals are fat loss, make sure you're logging accurately and losing weight at a sustainable pace (most people that's about 1 lb per week loss). Like others have said, the shakes arent magic. All you need to lose weight is a calorie deficit. Exercise is good for the cardiovascular system and overall health.

I know the pain. I'm recovering from a pinched nerve in my neck and hip that caused me to not be able to lift for nearly 6 months. Absolutely everyone has bad days, it's staying accountable that matters. And I agree with arditarose, prelogging when I was in weight loss was a huge help. There wasn't as much temptation if…

Where you lose fat from, as you lose weight, is genetics. I actually hold more fat on my lower stomach than upper. During weight loss, there was a point where it looked like I had a larger stomach because the rest of me had shrunk but my stomach had stayed almost the same.
-
Absolutely not. Calorie deficit for weight loss. Exercise for fitness. Shakeology is a scam. Save your money
