I love almond milk. I get Silk almond milk, original, unsweetened. 35 calories a cup? Yes please! I only use it for cereal and smoothies, though. I was never much of a milk drinker, so I prefer it for the nutrients and low calories over the taste.

99 berries. It's a vodka, but higher proof. So it's less calories, but you get more bang for your buck as far as alcohol goes. My friends in college who did weight watches would drink it a lot. Or drink vodka soda's with a little lime juice for flavor. Just be careful of how much you drink, of course! :)

I've been thinking about going gluten free for a while. I get bloated really easily, and sometimes I wonder if it's related to gluten. But I really dislike some of the gluten free products! Gluten free pasta and crackers are terrible (at least I think so, with what I've tried in the past). :\ So it's kept me from trying it.

I don't have any specific recipes to give, but I love my Cooking Light cookbook. They are delicious meals, super easy, and list all of the calorie/nutrition information. There are plenty of kid friendly meals in there! And I know they have a bunch of recipes listed online as well. :)
