Yey. I was diagnosed two weeks ago and have been low carbing but haven't lost any weight yet, (I know, ridic! Too many nuts I think) so could do with some support!

Other than feeling healthy.... wearing good clothes!!! The clothes!!!!!!! I can't wait! .... and shrinking a shoe size so I can wear nice shoes. Wooo hoooooo.

Me!! We have three children and a dog, all of whom need lots of exercise or they explode so that's motivation enough for now. I'm using a tracker ap on my phone which is really motivational! I'm about to go out now.....

I love mine. I like to put some kale and spinach in it, a banana and some frozen blueberries and dark cherries then a little milk so it's not really thick. Love it. Carrots and apples work well in the nutri bullet too. Throw some ice in to make your smoothies even better. Just experiment! I try to use veg and low calorie…
