JLove115 is right. I did the 22-Day Revolution (Plant-based eating) and my sweet cravings were gone in a couple days! I'm not hungry very often. My problem: I want to snack at night. I teach my goal and start gaining it back due to snacking.

Try one of the 30-Day challenges. They usually take only a few minutes a day and you'll feel good because you are doing something.

I can relate. I am catholic and don't like fish either. I eat eggs, cottage cheese, and other veggie options found in the vegetarian section of the grocery store. They have burger and chicken type patties and even veggie crumbles that I like even better in some sauces and soups.

A friend told me she drinks tea at night to curb the nighttime cravings. I found that a tablespoon of Metamucil in a glass of water curbs my hunger in the evening and is some extra fiber to help lower my cholesterol.
