It's all about substitutions. For example water instead of soda, Skinless chicken vs friend chicken. There are soups and salads. No, do not listen to those people saying it does. 10 calories is barley anything. Not to mention we are all probably off our calorie goals by a bit.

Last question, So MFP says I should be eating 1350 calories, I went onto a TDEE calculator and it says my TDEE is 1800. So do I eat 1800 to lose weight? Or do I eat 1350 to lose weight? Sorry for being confusing, just trying to figure this out.
