Beef jerky, cheese sticks/string cheese, yogurt, baby carrots/cut up veggies, fruit (blueberries and bananas!), roasted chickpeas or edamame, hard boiled eggs.

Whole-milk yogurt! I eat it a lot as it helps me stay full between lunch and dinner.

Pretty much what everyone has said. Tofu, cheese, yogurt, lentils, eggs, beans, quinoa are all vegetarian protein sources that I eat. There's also seitan but that has never seemed appealing to me.
