I think calm down on the carbs it's a lil high personally I don't eat any of my burnt excerise cals I eat the same or a bit over every day no matter if I've exercised or not works for me I'm on 1300 cals a day sometimes go over to 1500 if I'm feeling more hungry from excerise

Hello, I know 1200 is a little under for me but I want to lose the last 3 kgs fast I've got a deficit of around 700 atm I would like to eat more calories and believe MFP but I don't when they say to lose .5lbs a week, eat 1490 cals a day I would prob put on at that amount of cals a day? Does everyone else go by what MFP…

Actually not everyone puts back on the weight I lost 20kgs on duromine and didn't put back on any weight I lost, Diet pills sometimes teach you how to eat properly, to give up a sweet tooth and shrink your stomach so when you do get off them your used to eating healthy small portions : )

You won't believe but Im 68.5 kilos (water weight) and very bloated, during my week of a on coming period, straight after I've finished bang back to 66kgs! ?? So Werid I hate it!

I also do this too! Package foods like dried broadbeans, protien bars, yogurts, Makes it alot easier and accurate, lazy I know! : ) sometimes I just can't be bothered measuring weighing food

Don't they say the lighter you are the more calorie deficit you should be? Cause your smaller weight?

Upped to 50 more calories is stuff all? Thats like half a banana more? and that helped you sustain your diet better?

:) I think I get it now thank you everyone so if you stay at 1000 cals a day you would def be 500 deficit because it would be lower then your BMR?
