I turned 50 this year and decided I've spent 1/2 of a century being pretty much a couch potato with regards to exercise. I don't like exercise. But I do like being healthy. So, my goal is to move. I love to hike and 7 miles a week sounds very doable. New Years wishes for all to gain in health!!

Yes Paleo is usually high protein but I reduce to 6oz per day and lean heavy on veggies and nuts. Paleo is very flexible and fits me as I have cut out sugar, grains, legumes, and dairy (mostly but love cheese). : )
