Anyone Paleo and have Kidney issues?

Hello, I am new to myfitnesspal. I was searching for IgA Nephropathy. I'm looking for people and resources for support as I work on my health. I'm in stage 3. My kidney function was at 28% but through diet change (Paleo + low protein intake) I have increased to 70-80%.
