Thank you all so much! I appreciate everyone's input. I've been doing my best to start planning more meals 4 meals a day with snacks in between. I successfully made it though last night and left not hungry. Focused a lot on my protein intake since that seems to play a big part in my blood sugar crashing at night. Thank you…

I actually have the same problem after 25 mins or so. And it doesn't seem to be a lacing problem with my shoes.

I'm right there with you girls! 272 (my heaviest I've ever been!) I was doing so well a year ago and fell off track. Now I'm here and determined to get it OFF!!! I'd be THRILLED to get down to 170! I need to do this and I think we can all be a big help to one another! Add me girls! :) Let's knock this weight off!!!

MKEgal that's an inspiration to hear! Congratulations on your success! :smile: Cyndith27 I was on track over a year ago and doing so well. I fell totally off track and gained what I lost back plus some. But, I'm determined now to get that back off plus more! I know we can all do it and be there to help each other out!

I'm right there with the rest of you! 100 lbs is my goal! Looking to see if meeting people in a similar position will be a support. We can help each other and power through those rough points in this lifestyle chnage! :smiley:
