Played 6 hours of softball today at a tournament. During the 6th hour the rain started coming down *bad* and, to keep warm, I started doing star jumps in the outfield.

The one that bugs me is those stupid fancy vinegar bottles you get in pubs or restaurants trying to be posh... The ones with the gaping hole and the stopper you have to lift out. Then you have to try dribbling vinegar out at the perfect angle. 1 degree either way means you either get no vinegar at all or one chip gets ALL…

I've been using the Runtastic push ups app recently, could barely manage 14 in a session when I started. Today I did 54 push ups. Fifty freaking four!

Ran my 1st mile on December 29th and it nearly killed me. Decided I would make myself run 100 miles total. Today, 98 days later, I ran my 98th, 99th, 100th, and 101st miles. And immediately set a new total distance goal on Runkeeper :smile:

Thank you! Nothing special, mostly just CICO. I've tried to stick with the MFP recommended calories for a 1.5 lbs/week loss, and make sure I get plenty of protein within that. For me that was about 1700 calories/day. I've actually been losing more like 2 lbs/week on that, and when MFP recommended that I revise my calorie…
