I agree with what @brendagaudette and @leeveejohn said! I have over 8 years in Personal Training and you do not need to workout to lose weight. Actually it can hinder your results by overstressing your system. Start with OMAD and progress from there!!

@pacific904 You are doing great! I also do low carb and it helps with my sugar cravings as long as I get in enough healthy fats. Hi Danielle!! Welcome to our amazing group. I'm so happy your transition to OMAD is going so well. I'm only on my 3rd week and it has changed my life. Since doing OMAD my cycle has been way more pleasant so hearing that you finally had yours is such great news! It does get easier over time so just stick with it!

I'm sorry to hear your hurt your calf. That has happened to me before when I did warm-up properly or foamed roll afterwards. Rest up and don't over do it. You will be back in action soon enough! Depending on your injury maybe a massage on your calf, IT band, and piriformis could help in the healing process!

That's great news! I would assume most people weigh more after a splurge day... I know I do! But it comes off quick. I like the idea of buying the smallest package of the things you want. Great idea!!
