I'm a supply teacher. Usually K-3 but have done all levels. My biggest issue is that it's hard to work out after spending all day on my feet. I just want to crash at the end of the day. Maybe the exhaustion wouldn't hit so hard if I had my own regular room rather than being thrust into new situations each day. But perhaps…

I would like to lose 20 lb total but I'm down for this challenge. I'm 125 right now and would ultimately like to be 105 (shorty over here)

I had always heard don't go below 1800 and make sure you're drinking lots of water. Also keep an eye on your supply and adjust as necessary. Some people notice a drop in supply when they cut back on calories and others don't.
