Just over two years from start to ending up on stage and totally overhaul of my diet cutting all fats out totally clean eating and gym 5-6 days a week

Thank u just stick at and increase your protein a bit more chicken white fish etc..... Up your carbs a tad and u will get stronger trust me

I lost 4 and a bit stone first then start to get some shape then bulked a bit not much as was if build anyway

Make sure u mix up the amounts of carbs and protein u are eaten because the body will learn the same foods then u will flat line have a couple of low carb days then a high one see if this helps
