Maybe take TWO days off and get your electrolytes back up to snuff first. Starting from a position of healthy helps to build strength ! 💪 Good work! Make sure to prioritize your fitness…

As this is new to me too, I am learning along the way with everyone’s help! I am gonna try on a new format: the day’s burpee count, with a running monthly tally. —— Jan 5: 22 So far this month: 48 Banged them out first thing in the morning. Hope the muscles are not too mad at me Monday morning! 😜

Aw Pisanee, you are living the reality of why I threw this challenge up: Life is that- life! If it doesn’t hold a burpee in it, then be fine with it. Next day it might. Or next week. My idea for everyone was just do more than last month. Rinse and repeat.( I bet you are already ahead on that scale?). I am gonna take a cue…

Welcome Kokodaready. You sound like a burpee boss already. I love your chosen way do doing your personal burpee challenge! I would change mine to match but honestly sometimes 1 minute would push me into excuses instead. ( might make it a mini weekly challenge tho! 😉)

Glad I found this group- love LOVE reading all your posts! Dec 30- Jan 5: start up week was pretty good. Managed to get in 5 walk/runs, plus today’s first LSD run of 10.5 km. This next week I hope to bump my duration times each day so I manage 5km a Trek, and Sunday’s to 13km🤞

Grandbaby came down to my basement gym today. Not much got done though we had tons of fun. In addition to some planking trials, I completed 4x 8count burpees. Modified none! (Feeling good but tired - she was up half the nite.) 😴

😲 Omg YAY!!! Can’t tell ya how excited I was to see your post! Modify or reduce- listen to your body Pisanee. 👍 Good work today Carole. Keep that attitude strong, every bit makes a difference. Thanks for the reminder too. I hate yoga, but my body likes the flexibility it sees over time. And yup- I will be here everyday so…

Right?! Feels great when we stop thinking and start doing.wrists: I use fists for pushups, maybe try that? Step backs are accepted as a modified burpee. The idea is just do what you can. Great work Carole 🤗 Welcome PC. Good job on jumping right in. Hardest intentional burpee is the first one, but every one after that is a…

Wow, so many examples to work from- thank you for leading this! My own challenge for the year is at least one burpee everyday, so any planking would be a side help to excel there as well as help my core strengthening needs. 😉 Not even sure how long I can go in one stint yet but will set myself up with the suggested…
