I don't do cheat days because I feel it is going against the very thing I am striving for, getting healthy. I treat myself just a bit everyday. I may go over a little on special occasions and holidays.

I am losing just fine eating between 1400-1900 without exercise. Today was the 1st day I have worked out in a few months really.

Doing bloodwork and finding out I have metabolic syndrome and am considered prediabetic. Also having 50% body fat. It's all too much. Way past time to do something.

The only thing I could see in the long run may be a vitamin/mineral deficiency by a restricted diet, but that can take a really long time.

For big recipes one of the things I found is I will weigh up the entire thing, and then divide it into nice round serving size amounts. I was 123 once before and still had fat, but looked and felt good, so I want to try and get there again. I was 130 growing up till it crept up to 160 when I got a desk job then 190 after I got my license. I am 5'3 and have a pretty small frame.

^ agree. 1500 is soooo low for you. I would go slow, and set lots of small goals to start. Portion control, food swaps, and a little exercise should do you wonders.
