I used to love this rosemary and olive oil bread, but I can't remember the name of it for the life of me.

5'3 and 197 this morning. I loosely follow a combination of 80/20, CICO and whole foods diet. I just restarted a little bit ago after a pretty crazy life change. Keep my diary open too.

I love making egg and avocado sandwiches, or chicken and avocado sandwiches. I'll hard boil a few eggs and mash them with half an avocado, I add the olive oil mayo, but you could do full fat, and tons of sriracha. I'll do the same with a chicken breast diced and pan fried and about a half an avocado with mayo and sriracha.…

There are 2 main things I love to do with them. One is shred them and make fritters with them. You can add other veggies to the fritters if you like or do just sweet potatoes. ll you need is 2 cups sweet potatoes, 1 egg, 1/4 cup flour and season to taste. Fry in a little oil. It usually makes 5 quarter cup size fritters.…

Unfortunately there is no way to get rid of the message saying you are under calories. 1200 is the minimum MFP will let you close your diary with. I would suggest getting some good meal replacers that have vitamins and minerals in them. Also if you can invest in a juicer that would be good. You can get a lot of nutrients…

Go here: http://www.fitnessfrog.com/calculators/tdee-calculator.html and enter your stats and what amount it gives you multiply it by 0.8 and eat that amount. You can manually set it in your goals. If you arent loosing drop the calories a little till you start to lose. Then every 10 lbs drop it a little more.

Never tried it for appetite suppression but I love to make salad dressings with apple juice, honey, and oil. It also works great in face masks and as a hair rinse, and face toner.

I have to say I kind of slowly got into low carb. Not by intentionally, I started cutting out most junk food and refined carbs and stick to a quality whole multi grain bread and whole carbs like quinoa or oats. I really feel a lot better. The light headed sounds like it could be blood pressure too, really watch your…

It really can be discouraging, but it goes away really quick, and then looks like a big loss, so sometimes you actually lose more than you think. It actually helps me kind of track when I am getting close to starting.

I know that this sounds crazy, and not everyone will want to try but raw oysters are absolutely amazing for cramps. Eating them stops you from producing prostaglandins and leukotrienes which cause cramps. I always eat about 100 grams usually at the beginning of cramps and it helps for at least 24 hours to as long as 36.…

I would suggest the polar heart rate monitors for exercise tracking. The body bug is supposed to be the most accurate if you want to track calories burned all day, you do have to pay a monthly monitoring fee. This is a great site for how to calculate calorie needs and miscellaneous stuff…

I am not familiar with that particular model, but I know with my fitbit certain movements can get tracked as a step, specially stuff like riding in a car. Do you roll around in an office chair? It also depends on where you put them. Some people will put pedometers on their ankles for better accuracy.

I was an insane ranch addict. I am talking ranch on my pizza, spaghetti, lasagna, sandwiches, chips, like everything. And super picky, I could only do HVR original too. Its sounds so funny but I started out cutting the original with the light. The light has a kind of funny bitter twang to it. So I would mix the full flavor…

Use the money you would use on Hydroxycut for something else that will help motivate you, like a reward, something to boost confidence working out like cute clothes, some beneficial supplements like protein powder, workout equipment. Anything that will get you real results and motivation.

Great job, looks like 2 totally different people. That's got to feel good.

I really love this guy Chef John he has his own blog as well as posting for Allrecipes. His youtube videos are great. Now he is classically trained Chef and these are not healthy knock offs or low fat, they are all the real deal. He reminds me of the Bob Ross of cooking. http://foodwishes.blogspot.com/

I eat tons of pb and and coconut butter. They are great, they really help with curbing appetite. The fat takes longer to digest. You need fat in your diet and pb and coconut are healthy fats along with stuff like olive oil, avocados, nuts, fish, and certain oils. Just make sure you stay within your calories and macros. You…

I quit after smoking for over 15ish years. Its kind of crazy because it seems like it was someone else. I had to try to quit a few times. The 1st time was the hardest. You really have to break yourself of the routine of it. It is really weird in those moments when you are used to smoking, like in the morning, with coffee,…

This took a while for me to get over. For me I have to eat a lot of bulk food to fill me up when I go through that. I found it I do a high calorie, high fat breakfast it helps me all day. For bulk food at night a half to a tbs of oil and an big mixed veggie stir fry can really help. Also try cauliflower rice with a little…

I like to keep around 30ish at most. It really depends on the people. I like to keep people who I connect with either about weight loss with similar goals or other interests in life. I like people who make a little effort to communicate, but also life can get pretty hectic, and not everyone has time. I delete people that…

I have lost a fairly nice amount of weight simply walking and hiking. You can get a decent polar HRM and set the heart rate zones you want manually and it will beep at ou to let you know when you are in the zone, and when your heart rate gets too high. I have the Polar FT4 and its pretty cheap. Start with small walks and…

I love to juice, but I juice to supplement diet. For me I notice a huge difference in my skin after juicing regularly for several weeks. The best is to juice your veggies, eat your fruits. Only use small amounts of fruit to make the juices palatable. Juice all your nice dark green veggies. I love to juice kale, lettuce,…

I am so sorry for your loss. I lost my childhood sweetheart about 8 years ago to suicide. If you ever want to talk hit me up. That is one thing I never had was other widows to talk to. It makes it different going into other relationships and the loss is different than any other. You look stunning, in both pics actually…

Such an amazing transformation. I love the pic where you are smiling, you look so proud there. Very inspiring, thanks for sharing.

I love my juicer, my mandolin slicer and my veggie spiral noodle cutter. I don't know how I lived without my mandolin slicer, it saves me so much prep time. I like to cook a ton of veggies and can bang out a stir fry so fast with that thing.

I know it will sound totally corny, but watch some of the new 2 seasons of americas next top model. They have males in it. I know it is geared towards high fashion, but all the principles are the same. You need to know camera direction, angles, and how to hit poses and relax your face and eyes. The outdoor shoots you need…

Congratz on getting to maintenance.

TBH he sounds really controlling. The fact that you broke up and now he is going off about you messaging someone else, is very controlling. How long were you together and how long ago did you break up? This sounds like it could only really get worse. If you have know him for a really long time, and everything is still…
