Low carb = dizziness

So yesterday I hadn't planned to do much, walked about 4 miles and did 2hours of house work, so I decided to try low carb to shake things up a bit.
Managed to stick to 80grams of carbs all day, didn't feel too bad but struggled to stay awake past 9pm.
This morning; however, as I sat up on the edge of the bed and went dizzy. These light headed spells lasted most of the day until I ate some carbs after the stables (5 hours) and had a nap. Even had a couple of light headed spells while laid down.
Is this likely to be due to fairly low carb intake yesterday? my carbs are usually around 175g a day.
Although this evening I'm like a pig wanting to eat everything so could be a sign I'm coming down with something (I develop major cravings just before I'm ill then lose my appetite)

Take the hint. You need more carbs. Eat more carbs, feel better. Simple. Low carb does not facilitate weight loss, a calorie deficit does.0

Keep your potassium magnesium and sodium levels high and drink lots ow water. Cutting carbs actually messes with these balances. Many people on low carb supplement to keep proper balance. Another thing you can try is a bone broth tea.0

Everyone bangs on about low carb so thought I'd try it as I do prefer proteins. It made me feel *kitten* so think I'll ditch that idea lol might be ok if I sat on my *kitten* all day.
When I do my exercise classes (in the evenings, wish they were morning) I stick to a mix of carbs/protein til lunch then a snack an hour before class. After I have high protein, some complex carbs and it seems to work with keeping me motivated.0 -
I have to say I kind of slowly got into low carb. Not by intentionally, I started cutting out most junk food and refined carbs and stick to a quality whole multi grain bread and whole carbs like quinoa or oats. I really feel a lot better. The light headed sounds like it could be blood pressure too, really watch your hydration. I think it take a little bit for your body to adjust too. I had tried going low carb once in the past and gave up when it gave me no energy to work out.0

Eat more carbs and/or more calories. Make diary public for proper advice.0
