  • No change on scales this week but I've been more active so hungrier!! Feeling fitter and getting more water so feel better even though scales didn't move! Going to be extra good this weekend :smile: Really like seeing everyone's progress - all doing great!
  • Been neglecting my diary a bit this week as I know I have had too much chocolates in work and cake so made my commitment today to get back on this as the last challenge made a big difference so want to keep going! I did get a long run and some daily walking which I know helps :) good luck everyone!

  • Hi all! Everyone is doing fantastic! So encouraging :) My Weigh-in on 30th Jan down another lb that was 4lbs off in Jan now 138lbs! Though I have ha two meals out with a bit of wine (!)'so going to be careful this week and fit in lots of exercise!
  • Hi all, bit late with post 23\01\15 = 139 lbs so down 1 lb from last WK. again I have done OK with diet and reducing carbs for more protein, lentil soup for lunch was way more filling than a sandwich! However only went to gym for treadmill run yesterday first exercise all week not good but enjoyed run and going again today…

  • Well I'm feeling better but I haven't exercised as much as planned - scales reading 2lbs loss since 1st Jan. Signed up for 10k run in May with people from work- this is giving me more motivation to start running again!!
