Nice to meet you all... I have FOUR little ones: 7,6,3 years old and 6 day old :-) I'm on a mission to get back to my goal weight of 170lbs, and I'm currently in the 200s. I'm hoping with breastfeeding, the new Fitbit we just ordered, watching my foods and exercising (once I'm cleared to do so) will help me reach that…

Welcome!!! I'm not a "new" mom... But I do have a NEWBORN! Just gave birth to my fourth little one last week and have about 50 lbs to lose. I was overweight prior to the pregnancy and then gained about 30 lbs during. I was 218 lbs when I left the hospital and my goal weight is 170 lbs. I have four little ones : 7, 6, 3 and…

My story is similar... highest weight 242 lost it all in 2012 , got down to 153 and got pregnant and started this year back at 209 pushing to see 149. We were friends before

Daily, and I only log losses. It doesnt stress me out at all but rather keeps me sort of informed with whats going on with my body. Usually when Im up in weight I can pinpoint why and can usually estimate when the scale will move again. Its the norm to me

The apps I workout with: Skimble Workout Trainer & FitStar both are free and offer tons of workouts, especially Skimble

I don't call it cheating... But I don't log my weekends and I'm more lenient on my food choices those days as well. I'm still aware of what I'm eating and Im not binging but I just like the break from calorie counting. Sometimes that means I'll be up on the scale on Monday and Tuesday but it evens itself out and I still…

Feel free to add me!!! I'm trying to lose 60 by Mid July because we have a family beach trip planned then. That's said i only believe in doing it the healthy way- no fad diets, no undereating, - I'm currently down 25 lbs since January 1st

No worries, just keep doing what you are doing and he will notice your results soon enough. Just focus on making yourself proud
-
You are doing wonderfully!!!

I'm 5'10 with a weight loss goal to see 149lbs. But once I hit that my focus will shift to body fat percentage and I'm okay if my weight increases while my percentage decreases-muscle gain.

For us it always happened the first month/first try. But I know friends in perfect health that it took them about 6 months. We have 3 little ones

HERES TODAYS WORKOUTS HERES THE CALORIE BURNS 60 minutes (15x4) , burned 659

Also with the Skimble workout trainer app it'll give you a estimate of cals burned and they have a scientific 7 workout in that. The best way to know your cals burned is a polar HRM and you can get them cheap of eBay to start off with.
-
Checkout Skimble workout trainer app, there are multiple workouts in the 7 min range and under and it's free.
-
Under Armour Record App is awesome and syncs your exercise from MFP and your steps/sleep from the Jawbone

Totally normal, especially since you are tall. Last time I lost the weight it wasn't until around 35 lbs lost that it was noticeable...I'm 5'10. This time around I'm also down 20 since January and still see no big changes but I KNOW it's going to be a little while before "I" see the difference , it'll happen just keep…

5-6 days a week, resting ALWAYS on SUNDAYS. My workouts are usually Cardio/Bodyweight circuits or multiple short HIIT/Tabata workouts throughout the day. Minimum 30 minutes a day up to 45-60. I focus more on quality vs quantity for my workouts. I don't have time to do hours of workouts a day so I make sure my 30 or so…

When I first started working out... I wanted a Polar soooo bad but at the time didn't have the money to spend on one.Soooo I went on EBay and got a Polar f4 (older model) with chest strap for only $30 shipped. Ive since upgraded and I'm about to upgrade again but for $30 it was a great starter fitness watch and it was very…

Same position here...I lost A LOT with MFP a few years ago but gained a bunch last year and this time around it seems more challenging. I'm quite motivated, trying to remind myself I did it once before and can do it again!!! Lets do this!
-
I have 50+ to lose and I'm extremely motivated.... Not stopping until I see goal and even then I want to maintain the weight loss.
-
I have 60lbs to lose, feel free to add me if you like
-
I have gym nearby but majority of my workouts are completed at home... I'm hooked on the FitStar app & Skimble workout trainer currently.

I weigh in daily it works for me. I'm aware my weight will fluctuate but I like being aware of how I'm doing everyday and it holds me accountable for EACH AND EVERY days decisions. If the scale stresses you or overwhelms you I'd suggest not weighing but once a week or even once a month. Do whatever will keep you motivated,…
