What all syncs with jawbone up24 and mfp?

So I just got a jawbone up24 decided it over Fitbit charge, I like that it don't have a screen and a hrm is pointless to me! I don't want something that I have to constantly looking down at my wrist distracting me. Also after playing with both apps the up is just amazing! But my question is, what actually syncs with my up24 and mfp? I notice my steps Sync it would be cool if the food and calorie intake syncs as well! Anyways any tips or what you guys use or apps you like would be very appreciated!
