I'm in the Midlands :) currently pregnant so I'm set to maintenance but I try to log daily (though I've just got back from holiday with no Internet so starting from day 1 again today!). My friends list is looking slim so could do with some new friends!

Due January if anyone wants to add me :)

I'm in the west midlands too :)

I'm in the UK, feel free to add me :)

Make sure that your goals are realistically attainable, don't try and loose too much at once. As well as protein, fill up on low calorie fruit and vegetables. Exercise in order to get more calorie allowance. Low fat does not equal low calorie and just because something like whole grain toast sounds healthy doesn't mean…

I walk to the one supermarket close enough, I doubt most people have more than one in walking distance.

My fella had pointed out that in reality you'll spend an awful lot in fuel to frequently shop at so many places!
-
We rarely drink, which helps I guess. I'm pretty good at making a meal out of random things in the cupboard, my kids aren't fussy, not one for buying brands, we don't tend to eat much meat and I always check what we have in before I shop. We could never afford £140 every week so I think I just subconsciously shop cheaply…
-
Not a clue, for a family of 4 if I do a "bad shop" for a week, just throwing whatever I like in without counting pennies it comes in at around £60!

My diary is open to friends, feel free to add me.

I'm going to try and catch up with this on Iplayer in the next few days as it sounds the sort of thing I would like to watch. I'm a big fan of Jack Monroe (www.agirlcalledjack.com) for budget cooking recipes.

I log daily and my diary is open to friends, you can never have too many friends :)

Honestly you need to set realistic goals otherwise you're just going to end up feeling rubbish about whatever you do loose. You might be better to concentrate on eating healthier and toning up as 2 months of that will make you feel great and get your weightloss off to a good start.

Don't worry too much about one meal out, just enjoy the treat and get right back to being good the next day. The above posters have some really helpful suggestions.
