  • Wow Sarah, you really have a lot going on. That's ok, you can still do it. I agree with Hearts_2015, portion control! • Hi Sarah! It's so hard when someone in the house doesn't support what you're trying to do. Don't let that stop you. You didn't mention your age, are you able to get a part time job so that you could purchase your own food? Or, if grandma was willing to purchase Nutrisystem maybe she would be willing to invest that money…
  • Sierra, as you can see, you can do it! Congrats on the 60lb loss a couple years ago. That right there is proof that you have what it takes! You've taken a positive step, hang in there, it will come. Good luck on your journey, you can do it.
  • What I wouldn't do for a gym partner, let the list begin! It's so much better (for me at least) when I have someone to work out with! Too bad I'm all the way in Cleveland, otherwise we could go today ;-) Good luck on your journey, you can do it!
  • I've set my first goal at 20lbs. Next goal, 25lbs. Every 9lbs that I lose, I'll reward myself with something special. I found that breaking it down instead of placing the whole 45lbs as my target works better for me. Good luck to your journey as well, you can do it!
  • Hi Eva, I know exactly what you mean! Real life support can be so hard to get most times. I'd hate to say that those closest to you don't want to see you (me) succeed, but they sure can lack the motivational push that you need.
