i think 12-8 is easier to maintain and you can still ewat with family and friends. i couldn be done at 3pm because there is still so much to do throughout the day and parties and dinner dates etc, so i think 12-8 is better than 7-3. i do 11-7 .

i havent exercised yet and i dont pay attention to calories too much. i just eat until i'm full and stop and i add veggies as much as possible to each meal. i've had mcdonals, ribs, ice cream and STILL lost 7lbs this week doing 16/8 IF and NOT eating when i'm full, which is pretty important i think.

i am doing the 16/8 IF. i lost 7lbs in my first week! i eat from 11-7. i messed up last night and ate at like 845pm and ate again at 12 instead of 1, but normally i dont do that. so far i like it!

I do that too. I just love food!,I restrict too much so when I eat, I go overboard . I think I need to be patient and it will help. what's the rush I keep saying to myself ...work in progress

I'm starting next Monday by my sis burned me copies and I'm missing the body circuit one but have all the others.

I'm almost done; 2 days left. I've done it for consecutively for 28 days. all levels. diet make a you.lose. 30DS made me more defined. lost 6lbs so far but like I said it is mostly from my diet change

I'm completed day 28. I've done it consecutively for 28 days. level 2 Is harder than level 3 for me! I've lost about 6lbs so far and feel great! push ups are still hard for me. I have no upper body strength

you go girl!!! I find it hard to work out with my son (I'm a single mother too but have every other weekends and a few hours once aweekday to myself---his dad's involved). I feel guilty when I'm away from.my son so I work out in the morning with a 20-25 min DVD but don't know if this is enough for weight loss??? any advice…
