I had a small victory on Monday. I was surrounded by sodas everywhere and none of them calorie free and I was able to resist them and just drink water.

So this week isn't going too bad. I did go over my calories the other day but today (wed ) I'm finding it difficult to eat enough calories. This week for me was aweful! I don't know what got into me but I just wanted to eat and eat and eat and none of it good. I did get my water in a little bit at least most of the week. We will see what the scale says tomorrow. I'm kind of dreading it though.

Ok so I've done ok on not eating crap. I did have a full out d.p. but only 1. I took a peek at my sodium and it was evenly bad and good. You can definatly tell the days where I ate packaged food and when I ate fresher foods. It's on my radar now.
