Last week I got a dress a size smaller than my normal, it was tight on my tummy put it on today to show a friend and it's no longer tight!! In less than a week!

Thank you, I was just confused as while some days I just go for a walk etc and move about I'm not quite sat on my *kitten* all day but then other days I am extremely active which I'm sure makes up for those days where I don't do as much.

Could your body be struggling to adjust? My first week I didn't go to the loo for 5 days then I nearly passed out after a day of hard exercise through not eating carbs that day xx

I allow myself 1 night off, yesterday I had 2 vodka and diet coke then KFC but still have a huge calorie deficit for the whole week. Something like 1400 calories under my allowance for the week. I have no idea as I'm on the depo injection. I am just putting down to normal fluctuations as I'm now aware it's not just me but my measurements are going in the right direction.

I'm glad it's not just me, I should probably try to weigh just once a week at the same time but it is so tempting. I do lose off my waist first as riding makes use of the muscles round that area I think. I am just angry that I let myself put the weight on in the first place so am hard on myself.

I get up, go for a wee then weigh myself before breakfast. My abs etc still ache a little today so could still have some fluid there. It's seems my scales will fluctuate as the inches for from my waist.
