Hi Everyone! I started at 190 and want to get to 145. I am down 2 pounds so far and am new to my Fitness Pal. I started exercising & dieting on New Year's Day! Day 5 and doing well so far. Learning a new life style!

1/4/15 60 minutes walking into the woods with my dogs! Very nice day outside!

Joined a gym 1/3/15- Did strength training, bicycling 30 minutes & stretching! So I am going to say I did my mile today!
