I usually feel bad forgoing pizza especially when I game or visit friends. So I make a GIANT veggie filled salad (probably 45 cal or less a cup) I eat 2-3 cups of salad with 1-2 pieces of pizza. This way I don't feel like a party pooper and I can still maintain my healthy eating habits...

It has gotten really hot here in FL! This has put a real damper on my walking routine. So my first goal is to elliptical at least 3 times this week...

That is great news Mischel! I have a real problem with getting bored. I hate it and it happens way too quickly! I need hints on new spices and how to use them new or old. Do you eat Turmeric or fenugreek? I've never tried either...

I usually make almost all (20) of my recommended 25 grams but I'm not sure I can do more without having problems... I think I am going to just do one gram a week or so and build slowly. But this have been great for making me notice

I found these supper yummy Fiber one strawberry streusel bars. That have 5 grams of fiber. I have them hidden under my desk so the family doesn't eat them all on me. Thursday the only thing I had resembling a veggie ...well nothing! What a crazy day. Today...or should I say yesterday since it is 2am I had mushroom gravy with my turkey burger and potatoes and green guacamole. I LOVE guacamole. I can't wait to see what is in store for next week

Yes! count your potatoes! I had a raspberry slurpee but I'm not counting that that doesn't even resemble a vegetable or fruit despite the name. I had mushroom soup for lunch so that is brown and cabbage slaw for dinner so white, green and purple cabbage and carrots. I still have my arm curls to do but I will work on that…
