Everything I have is open, my calories are out of whack since my Garmin adds 300-400 calories per workout extra compared to my polar.

I'm not sure if you are just starting to diet or further along in the process. I know when I first started , it was hard drinking 3 or 4 glasses of water. The easiest way for me is to shoot for the 8 glasses a day gradually and if I don't hit the goal each day it's O.K.

I have a Garmin 200 use for cycling, the calories are always off by 300-400. I just make sure I don't eat all the calories back.

Don't take in everything on MFP at first, concentrate on running a deficit and you will start to lose the weight.

If you work out using the MFP calculators or devices these tend to overestimate your calorie burn. The first 3 months of weight loss journey I was eating the calorie levels you were eating at and I'm 6'6". Possibly, setting your daily calories to high is resulting in the plateau.
