Currently I'm at 25.1 and one pound away from healthy range...I felt great at staying below 25 so hopefully this week I will hit it.

It's not a sprint, your in a marathon....66 pounds in 3.5 months is amazing...Definitely, increase your calories and start weight training 3 x a week. I'm totally a cardio guy and lost 58 pounds since January 1st and lost most of my muscle mass along with it.

I'm 6'6.5" 220 and I run Gatorskin 23's and usually average 1-2 flats a year. I keep the tires at around 110 and the extra air seems to help.

Or...If I crave the food, I eat it in moderation and make up for the excess calories the next day with exercise. Closing in on 6 months in with 3 lbs. to goal and 57 lbs. gone!!!

I do cardio first then weights. I'm not a trainer and for years I would do cardio and ignore weights and now I realize by lifting weights with more muscle you will burn more calories at rest. I try to do up to 12 sets of weights/3 days a week.
