I lost 51 pounds since January 1st with 9 lbs. to go to hit a BMI under 25. I set my calories at a 1 lb. weight loss a week and currently log my cardio which is cycling. Junk food in moderation/purchase smallest size possible..1.25 oz. chip/single serve cookies/one candy bar. Enjoy and work in to your daily calories.

Once a week a high intensity workout is OK fuel the workout with extra calories/if you add a protein supplement make sure you take it 30-45 minutes afterward to keep the muscles firing.
