No offense but I think you're too caught up in trying tolose the weight in 4 weeks. Anything you do to try to achieve this will probably not be healthy or sustainable in the long term. Just eat at a small deficient and the weight will come off, plus you won't suffer from being hungry all the time.

One my mom still says is the only way to lose weight is to eat 5 or 6 small meals a day, calories don't matter. Which we all know is wrong.

Every other Sunday I eat at maintenance. The rest of the week I eat around 1300 call a day. As long as you watch your calories on your "cheat day" you should be fine

I'm no expert on weight loss and I'm not trying to come across as mean, but you have days you couldn't have logged everything. 50 and 42 calorie days I have a hard time believing that you ate such a small amout. Try some push ups, sit ups, planks, or wall sits. You can do those even with limited space. You can try looking on Google for body weight exercises.
