I have also just started this program, im actually enjoying it and looking forward to the next one, I'll be doing the third run of week 1 today. To the lady who said she lost 50lbs from running- what was the rest of your routine like?

1/7=25 mins mix of dance workouts and skipping + 20 minute walk+10 squats 2/7= None 3/7= 10 mins of cross trainer, 10 mins of walking, 10 mins of weight lifting 4/7= Same as above minus weights. 5/7= 6/7= 7/7= 105 total 15 mins to go- tomorrow I plan to attend a 45 min Aqua aerobics and do 20 lengths in 20 mins
