So the bottom tier: turkey burger w spinach and some mozz cheese,salad w Italian dressing. Top: broccoli w sesame oil and a splash of soy sauce, raspberries.

Just for today 01/14/2015: -I will track everything I put in my mouth -I will stay within my calorie limit -Will go to bed at 11.45 and not browse internet in bed -Will get to the gym and work out for 30 minutes. One day at a time I can do it!!!!
