Would anyone like to join me for a "Just for Today" goals for the month of January

Just for today 1/13/15
1. I will only step on scale first thing in the morning. Only stepped on it in the AM!!! Big deal for me as I will step on the scale when I get home from work, before and after exercising, before bed, actually at any time!!!
2. Log all of my food.
3. Walk at work.

1. Only one time on the scale.
2. Not over indulge at meeting tonight that is having pizza.0 -
I have been on a roller coaster of emotion for the past week. Had some family drama, which is not over yet. Learned some stuff that I now have to process and live with. Sorry for being cryptic, just trying to explain the emotions without giving details. At any rate, the last thing I thought about was food/exercise. Sadly, this does not mean that I was too upset to eat. I do wish that even when going through life's challenges I could continue to focus on taking care of myself. I guess that is my ultimate goal! I am going to attempt to jump back on the "Just for Today" wagon, but will be taking baby steps at this:
1. Log everything I eat
2. drink 8 glasses of water
3. keep it low to no carbs
4. TRY to get in some meditation tonight0 -

Just for today, I'd like to log every single thing I eat -- accurately -- and stay at least 100 calories under my goal. (My goal is set higher than I need it to be while I try to re-adjust to dieting.) I would also like to abstain from alcohol, because I don't need all those useless calories today.0

I love this idea. It makes things so much more manageable to look at it just one day at a time.
Just for today, I will--
1. NOT binge or eat due to my emotions and feelings.
1. Log everything I eat
2. Drink 8 glasses of water
3. Do 5 minutes of Pilates, because something is better than nothing
4. Go to bed before 1 AM because I have work early tomorrow morning0 -

- I will exceed my step goal of 12,000 steps
- i will not have any wine tonight with dinner
- i will stay away from snacking after dinner

-I will track everything I put in my mouth
-I will stay within my calorie limit
-Will go to bed at 11.45 and not browse internet in bed
-Will get to the gym and work out for 30 minutes.

So very sorry you are going through a hard time right now. But remember, you are important, and take good care of yourself. I am one that eats for emotional reasons, and while I wish it would help, it doesn't. Eating healthy will help you to cope with whatever is thrown your way. But here are some hugs from me, and hope your day today is better.

Today was a great day food wise, but the worst for health with this terrible cough and now my shoulder and neck have gone out and are hurting terribly. Tomorrow is going to be a better one.
Three goals:
1. Keep calories under goal.
2. Drink loads of water and tea.
3. Get some fresh air.0 -

Did really well yesterday and accomplished all three of my "Just for Today" goals. Really great to focus on one day at a time!
Just for Today (1/15/15)

2. Exercise for at least 30 minutes.
3. Eat five healthy meals (including snacks).

3. Stay calm and positive at work OK, not exactly perfect....many computer issues today, but I did not blow up or storm out and I was able to see the positive instead of focusing on the negative, so I count this as success.
I need to keep reminding myself that making positive changes is a marathon, not a sprint. Of course I will stumble and even fall, but as long as I keep getting back up and moving in the right direction, I will get better.
Now, for January 15 Just for today I will
1. Log everything I eat and try to stay under my goals.
2. Take a walk outside
3. Do some housecleaning and meal planning for the next week
