I will relax whatever that takes. Whether it be going for a walk, exercising in a different way, or not at all.

4. I will not eat any late snacks after 7:30 pm.

++++didn't give in to celebrating some wonderful news with food(eatting out) stayed in and cooked planned meal, huge accomplishment for me!!

2. No diet coke, green tea instead
3. Weigh in for the week without it affecting mood or eatting for the day

2. I will look in the mirror and concentrate on the good things I see. I had a decent hair day

1. I will pack my lunch for work with healthy snacks
2. I will exercise when I get home from work no matter how tired I may be
3. I will substitute splenda for sugar in my coffee0 -
This is exactly what I need to do, one day at a time! So;

1. I will stick to my suggested calories
2. I will not enter any shops, there's no need to, we need nothing.
3. I will make an effort to drink a lot more water
4. I will not mindlessly snack whilst studying

2.) Get in 10,000 steps on my tracker Did it!
3.) no wine tonight at dinner Did it, but it was tough!!!
4.) no eating any sweets after dinner Did it, but I made oreo balls for son for his birthday for today, I did not try any last night but will put into my calories today.

Ok, I'll be honest, it has been gray and dreay here for DAYS, and it is making me feel seriously depressed. All I want to do it stay on the couch and watch Law & Order marathons. I can't seem to get motivated. I know I'm not up to driving into the city to yoga class or a heart pumping three mile run, but I HAVE tot do something. The first thing I did was lay out my yoga mat, and now I'm posting this. That is a start.
Just for today I will:
Spend 10 minutes meditating
10 minutes on my yoga mat. It doesn't mater if I just breathe for 10 minutes, or do cat/cow, or sun salutations. Just get on my mat!!!
15 minute walk outside. Even though there is no sun the fresh air and movement will do me good
Nourish my body with healthy food
Shower (sad that I have to put that on my list, but there it is)
Be gentle with myself and know that the grayness will pass, it always does.

1. focus on activity, not food
2. drink my pitcher of water, on my counter
3. Limit sweets. (seems to be the biggest problem).

I will go to work with a positive attitude and not procrastinate on reports
I will practice mindfulness in all my daily tasks so as not to get overwhelmed and let the day pass me by0 -

1. I will only step on scale first thing in the morning. Only stepped on it in the AM!!! Big deal for me as I will step on the scale when I get home from work, before and after exercising, before bed, actually at any time!!!

I have been on a roller coaster of emotion for the past week. Had some family drama, which is not over yet. Learned some stuff that I now have to process and live with. Sorry for being cryptic, just trying to explain the emotions without giving details. At any rate, the last thing I thought about was food/exercise. Sadly, this does not mean that I was too upset to eat. I do wish that even when going through life's challenges I could continue to focus on taking care of myself. I guess that is my ultimate goal! I am going to attempt to jump back on the "Just for Today" wagon, but will be taking baby steps at this:

Just for today, I'd like to log every single thing I eat -- accurately -- and stay at least 100 calories under my goal. (My goal is set higher than I need it to be while I try to re-adjust to dieting.) I would also like to abstain from alcohol, because I don't need all those useless calories today.0

I love this idea. It makes things so much more manageable to look at it just one day at a time.

1. NOT binge or eat due to my emotions and feelings.

3. Do 5 minutes of Pilates, because something is better than nothing
