I avoid advice from anyone under 30 years of age.

I eat a lot of fruit and tired of MFP indicating I was consuming too much sugar. I switched the macros to track fiber instead of sugar.

That's a tough one. Maybe a poor fit? Does this happen with several pairs of shoes or only one pair?

Where exactly do you get pain? When exactly do you get pain?

If you see the word "hydrogenated" in the ingredients, it has transfats even if the label says 'zero transfats'.

Eating too little will ruin your health but will not prevent weight loss.

Steak, eggs, home fries with gravy and some fruit.

I think you stumbled into the wrong place, the entire basis of MyFitnessPal is counting calories. But then you are just trolling for a response, right?

I doubt you gained weight at a rate greater than 1 - 2 pounds per week. Losing weight at 1 - 2 pounds per week is pretty darn good!

No matter what time of day, everyone without exception eats breakfast. You fast when you sleep and your first meal 'breaks' the 'fast'.

Don't overeat --- or drink.

I discovered a similar phenomenon. If I experienced extreme hunger for a day or two, I knew a big chunk of fat was struggling to keep hold of me and would drop off soon.

Eat 200 to 300 calories more each day and eat a balanced healthy diet. You are neither eating enough or quality. Keep it up and you will be in a hospital.

The common inclination is for a saddle to be installed with the nose facing straight forward in line with the top tube. I have found that it is best when I have the nose slightly right of the top tube. This is the case with several bikes now. Most of us have one foot larger than the other, one leg longer than the other,…

I don't believe I eat any "diet" foods. I eat what I like and simply exercise portion control. I refuse to punish myself by eating foods I don't like simply to lose weight. I would be happy to share my meal with anyone with no apologies for the "diet" food.

Sally's beauty will fade but your education and knowledge will last a lifetime. Tell momma to pound sand.

If you want specific answers to a specific question, first, you must ask a specific question. How do we know your definition of "calorie cycling"? It is a vague concept that could be interpreted many ways. Since you didn't define exactly what you are considering, answers will be all over the place.

I have no idea what calorie cycling means. You might want to consider intermittent fasting.

I've tried three, RunKeeper, MapMyFitness, and Strava. After thoroughly checking them all over various activities, weeks and distances, I only use Strava for bike rides now.

Are tomatoes and beef sold at Walmart different somehow than what is sold at some other store? The same wholesaler may actually supply both stores.

Although there is a smidge of accuracy to what you are saying, it is totally irrelevant to the OP's question.

I like it. It could be a best seller. The "Ice Cream and Cake Diet". You eat only ice cream and cake and you will lose weight. It really would work but lots of other health issues would crop up over time due to poor nutrition. So yes, 1,200 kcal of junk is equal to 1,200 kcal of healthy food if only weight loss is…

I think you should stick with you doctor's advice rather than mine or any other anonymous poster. How many threads start on here with a subject line of only the word "help"? Do people understand the purpose of a subject line.

I got tired of MFP scolding me for the amount of sugar I consume. I eat a lot of fruit. My solution was to change my tracking setting to fiber instead of sugar.

Obey all traffic laws. That means stay in your lane, stop for red lights and stop signs. Realize that you are operating a street legal vehicle with all the same rights and responsibilities of other vehicle operators. While you have all the same rights as larger vehicles, in a collision, you will lose! Use a mirror, use…

Your body is not a machine. For all the above reasons there are good days and bad days. One of the fascinating things is when you go for a run, feel terrible and slow, and at the end discover you have run a faster time than ever before.

The common recommendation is to only eat back half of your exercise kcal. That eliminates the possibility of the exercise being overestimated. I have never used a fitness tracker so know very little about them.

Soy products are best consumed if fermented. What makes you think skim milk is healthier than any other? When I want milk I drink whole 3% or higher fat milk.
