An once is a unit of measurement by weight same as grams. As for changing the app, maybe you could give a little more info as to what you mean.

Methinks there is an error somewhere.

Do they work to do what? What is it you expect from them?
-
Yes.

Did you pick running as the activity before starting? It doesn't know unless you tell it.

Eat what you like but eat less.

When I was much younger I was a baker. My regular diet was donuts and other sweets. Fortunately I was on my feet and hustling all day so I never gained weight in those nearly 20 years. It would be very tough now I imagine. You're going to need some strong willpower.
-
That sucks. Maybe next semester you should vote with your feet by changing schools.

I'm not the one that claimed it was a law without providing documentation supporting that claim. Many people assume there are laws that do not exist. If someone wants to claim a violation of law they need to supply documentation. I admited that I do not know the law in the OP's country.

Sounds like a lot of excuses. You need to drink more in the heat. Get back out there and get MOVING! :)

Not sure what you are looking for. MyFitnessPal seems to work pretty good for most of us.

I'm pretty sure that any school that accepts government funds is required to meet minimum dietary standards of providing nutritionally sound and healthy food. Complain to your counselor if they aren't.

My best advice is to stop making excuses and start taking responsibility. How much you eat is important far more than what you eat.

Whose law is that? I don't know about where the OP is located, but in the USA there is no federal law requiring lunch or coffee breaks. dol.gov/dol/topic/workhours/breaks.htm If it is a Subway rule it is not a law.
-
First off you should describe your definition of eating healthy. Subway has lots of healthy options. I'm always puzzled how people become overweight if they don't have time to eat or are not hungry.
-
Does it work at what? What do you believe it will do for you?
-
Put on your shoes, go out the door, and walk, walk, walk.

Glad you found something that works for you but don't lump everyone into one category such as "Binge eating and mental health". We are not "all" here for the same reason. Although I do 'hear' what you are saying about being 'here'. :) :)

Did I miss a question in there somewhere? Good luck on your journey, gimmicks like Slim Fast are not necessary.
-
No. The only issue is some people can confuse thirst with hunger.

You use different weights for different exercises. Either buy an adjustable set to start with or you will be buying multiple dumbbells in the future.
-
Small mechanical pedometers have been around for decades. They clip onto your belt. Any drugstore should have some of them for little $$.
-
First off, what causes blisters? Friction is the answer and friction is caused by surfaces moving against each other. You need to stop the movement by using different shoes, socks, or try some over the counter arch supports.

Not very accurate at all.

My normal breakfast is a banana and one hard boiled egg which gives a balance of carbs and protein. It is also easy to carry, I stick it in my pocket as I go out the door.

An inexpensive used one. There are millions of them languishing in storage collecting dust around the world. After she proves that she will use it regularly for a year, then and only then buy her whatever one she wants.

Man gained a longer lifespan due to better nutrition once fire was controllable and transportable. Cooking food became common. Beats me why anyone would want to go back to caveman days.

I looked at the last three days of your diary. One day is okay (1800 kcal) but the other two days you definitely did not eat enough. Such severe calorie restriction is not sustainable in the long run. You want a plan that you can stick with for a long time or even the rest of your life. Restricting too much will result in…
