At best waist training has no long term benefit. At worst, waist training can cause long term harm to your internal organs. In summary, there is virtually no benefit to waist training and a large risk of harm. It is only practiced by vain, stupid people.

Put on your shoes and go for a run. The great thing about running is you can do it anywhere. Want to lift? Most gyms have a day rate for visitors.

Willpower. If you want to reach the goal bad enough you will stop eating when you reach the daily limit.

Weight loss is about calorie restriction not exercise. Are you accurately logging all your intake?

Soda is a lot of empty calories so cutting that one thing can make a difference. I prefer calories that include nutrition, soda has minimal nutrients.

Spices make food taste better but have no measurable effect on weight loss.

Why would I cheat? It seems counter productive. Log everything and stick with your goals.

The "pulp" is fiber which has virtually no calories so the calorie count doesn't really change. BTW, the fiber is what helps you to feel full and also helps with digestion.
