Good snack option?

I seen some cliff bars at the dollarstore are they a healthy choice for a snack?

    As long as they fit into your daily plan, sure. Consider eating half. Raw crunchy veggies make a great snack. I stopped eating snacks and instead eat 400 calories per meal. After dinner I have hot green tea plain.

    Define healthy. You are using a very subjective term and each person responding may have a different definition of "healthy". There is no way to answer without knowing your definition.

    A lot of cliff bars are kinda high in suagr but it's a lot better then many other options esp. In keeping you full.

    I snack on almonds, cashews, and I recommend drinking tea to help not snack.
