The longest journey starts with the first step. Don't dwell on it, just do it.

Sounds more like dehydration than anything else. The shower may have contributed but you were probably dehydrated.

Where your parents smokers? I read an article once that said that many elite runners had smoked at some point but none of the top runners had parents that smoked. Living in a household of smokers while in the formative years stunts children's lung development. Those lungs stunted as a child will never have the same…

Obviously you are doing great, also obviously you have good genes. No amount of work would get you where you are if you didn't have the genetic potential. Another person may work twice as hard and only accomplish half as much. That is why everyone that does the work and tries their hardest is a winner. The sub five minute…

True, we all have a different potential. Hard work allows us to achieve our potential but additional work will be without reward. Genetics determines ones potential. Even as we approach our potential the improvements are much harder to achieve. If ones potential is a six minute pace and they are currently running 6:30 the…

As a devoted BMW rider, I want that poster for my garage!

Maybe you are too sensitive. Honestly it sounds like you have some self esteem issues and are looking for a slight.

The difference? Willpower. With surgery the capacity of your stomach is reduced. Without surgery you need the willpower and determination to stop eating before your stomach is full.

A more descriptive subject line (title) might get more response. Welcome and good luck.

Choose your parents carefully. You may never run a 6 minute mile. Genetics play a huge role in athletic performance. Age also plays a huge role in athletic performance. Since your profile is set to private, we know nothing about you. You might be 70 years old and might be 18 years old. Running LSD (long slow distance)…

Your goal is reasonable but you must team up with people of similar goals and abilities. Many think the fastest/strongest person sets the pace/distance, in reality it is the slowest/weakest person that controls the pace/distance.

Podcasts are available in just about any subject that would appeal to you. I enjoy financial primarily and some specialized hobby ones secondarily. Music has never appealed to me, a podcast keeps my mind busy and is educational while being entertained.

Fill your bottle at the fountain or use a collapsible cup. I've never understood the need to log water intake. There are no calories in water.

Someone with extreme thirst should talk to a doctor about being tested for diabetes. Only you know if your thirst is extreme, some people simply drink more than others.

If you have money to throw away, sign up for WW. Or you can use MFP for free.

Offensive no, but very, very sad that the OP has such a distorted view of food. The sniff test indicates an eating disorder or at least one in the making.
-
I don't see the OP writing 'her' or 'she' anywhere. We shouldn't make assumptions.

Juice diets are nonsensical. Create a nutritionally sound eating plan and stick to it the rest of your life. Can you only consume juice for the rest of your life?
-
There is nothing evil about sugar. You have an unhealthy way of looking at food. I have nothing in my diet to atone for.

I don't see the point but my diary is open. I notice yours is not, how come?

I was at Walmart on Saturday, they had hundreds of them left over from Black Friday. Walmart has the same price as Amazon and the Fitbit website.

The military diet is nonsense and the name is ridiculous. If in the military you burn huge calories daily and consume huge calories daily. If you were in the military and tried to survive on those rations you would end up in the sick bay.

Have you ever been tested to determine your max HR? If you are using a calculator be aware that there are around a dozen different formulas and they all give different estimated results. Everyone's max is different. If you haven't dropped dead - you are doing fine.

Unless your doctor can convince them the skin removal is necessary medically, no insurance company will cover it cosmetically.

I fill my half gallon thermos in the morning and empty it by bedtime.

Take a hike. Really, don't overthink it, put one foot in front of the other and walk/hike.

Eat whatever you want whenever you want. Weight loss is about the total calories consumed, not about timing or ingredients.

You might want to be a little more specific about what kind of help you are seeking. Barring that, eat less than you have been and you will lose that 60 pounds.
