Let's see if I've got this right? You are such a picky eater that you can barely find 1,000 calories per day that you are able to eat. How did you become overweight eating less than 1,000 calories a day? Your post makes no sense, you became overweight by eating too much. What you must do to lose weight is eat the same…

You are correct but the question wasn't about increased fluid intake, it was about green tea. Green tea has no magical properties.

Unrefined coconut oil is an excellent fat but too much of anything is bad for you. In my opinion the only two oils needed are coconut oil and olive oil.
-
Don't get caught up in the woo science. There are no magic potions.

There is no magic item to increase weight loss. If you like green tea, drink it, but it has no benefit such as increased weight loss. The only magic formula is to consume less calories than your body burns to lose weight.

I've never played it but it looks like fun. It is supposed to be the fastest growing sport right now. I've thought about asking the community rec center to turn one of the basketball courts over to a pickleball court.

There is nothing magical about coconut oil but it is a good fat. The only oils/fats we use for all the typical uses are coconut oil and olive oil. Be aware there are two entirely different types of coconut oil. We prefer the unrefined version which has a mild coconut taste. The refined coconut oil is bland and has no real…

MyFitnessPal is a "no diet" "diet".

Whenever it fits in your schedule although it is probably best to exercise at the same time every day. Regularity in time and location helps to develop a habit that you are likely to keep.

I have worked every shift you could possibly imagine and never saw any of them as a hindrance to my eating schedule. I highly advise you to eat what you like but only during waking hours. Sleep eating can get really messy. :)

Personally I have never understood the purpose of a smoothie over just eating the food. All you are doing is using a blender to chew the food for you. It is great for people in their twilight years that are no longer able to chew food for themselves. :) Other than that, if it fits in your calorie goals, and you don't mind…

I've been known to mix apple cider vinegar with my dihydrogen monoxide.

Actually, your diary is open.

My gym has free Wifi, I can watch whatever I want on my tablet without annoying anyone else.

I've never blended it. That would just add the extra steps of using and then cleaning the blender/mixer. Unrefined Coconut Oil seems to dissolve fine in hot coffee.
-
Probably but my favorite is unrefined coconut oil, it has a slight coconut taste. The refined coconut oil is mostly tasteless. My favorite brand is Spectrum Unrefined Organic Coconut Oil. Since the stuff lasts forever I order it by the case online.

Another option is a Soda Stream machine. Don't use the syrup, just shoot the carbonation into your flavored/infused or plain water.

Yes, it is normal at first. In a few days your body will adapt to the increased hydration.

Walk for fitness and walk at every opportunity. Think before you hop in the car, could you walk instead?

Look up RICE recovery R - rest I - ice C - compression E - elevation Statistically around 70% of runners are injured annually. I mostly walk and only run very little. I have recurring injuries that keep popping up if I run much.

Those are supposed to be just little helpful hints, not warnings. I ignore them.

I make great chili (most of the time) but I never use a recipe. I just combine ingredients until I'm satisfied. It is different every time.

I'm sure some have and I'm also sure most forum members would advise against it. At best it will do nothing for you and at worst it could kill you. There is no magic pill for weight loss.
-
I'm inclined to think it is only psychosomatic, however I am glad it is working for you.

Could be bladder size and could be something more ominous like diabetes. Most well hydrated people do urinate somewhat frequently. On the other hand, maybe you are just drinking more than you need. How are you determining how much to drink?

Are you aware that at the end of your walk you need to "save" the workout? When you click "save" it sends the workout to their servers which then send it to the MFP servers. Otherwise it is just on your phone in the mapmywalk app.

The product you are taking probably has sweeteners to make it more appealing. Look around for a different brand or product without the calories.

For what purpose? A smoothie is just masticated food. Your teeth are also excellent at mastication.

I find an apple or some carrots to be great fast food.

Butter? No, but I do occasionally put a half tsp. of unrefined coconut oil in my coffee. I normally drink my coffee black with about 1/6 tsp. of sugar.
