Define "healthy" and state your goals. You can lose weight eating about anything you want but some foods are better for particular purposes. There is no way to answer without knowing your definition and goals.

Drinking water does NOT burn fat. Why would you think it might? Occasionally thirst can be confused with hunger but other than that you should drink enough to be adequately hydrated.

What is the rush? Three runs a week is plenty for good fitness. Your body heals and gains strength on rest days, not workout days. Many make the mistake of not having enough rest days and get themselves injured.

I use Domino's website to estimate pizza calories. They have excellent nutritional info, you can build a pizza and they give the calories. The best you can really do is make an educated guess.

I'm puzzled why you would watch it at all. I have landed on it while channel surfing but never found it to be of any interest. I've never watched more than ten minutes at one time before it became repulsive.

Over the past 50 years I have had a lot of bikes, even more than TheBigYin posted above. I currently have six with three being red and three being blue. If I had to put money on it, I would wager that I have had more blue bikes than any other color.

Weight loss is caused by calorie restriction. If you don't want to eat breakfast - don't eat breakfast. It is the total calories you eat that matter, not what foods you eat or when you eat them.

Exercise is for fitness, calorie reduction is for weight loss. Don't confuse the two.

Water is water regardless of form or temperature. Personally I've never understood the point in logging water intake. If you are hydrated all is good, if dehydrated, drink more. You should log calories from the honey, sugar, cream or whatever you may add.

Meat is a protein so you need to add in other sources of protein such as beans/legumes, eggs, and peanut butter. I'm also curious why you want to cut back on meat. There is nothing inherently wrong with eating meat unless for religious or ethical reasons.

The suit will cause you to sweat more and lose a little more water weight. You will then regain that water weight when you drink a glass of water. In other words, it does nothing but make you look ridiculous and clueless.

Life is a marathon, not a sprint. What is the rush? Take a rest day and hopefully avoid an injury. Strength is gained on the rest day, not the exercise day.

Nope, never saw any reason to buy food and throw away a good portion of it. Juicing removes all the fiber. Fiber is what fills you up and aids digestion.

I don't know, can you? I eat an egg or two most every day. There is nothing wrong with eggs or most any other food, the trick to losing weight is to eat less than you burn.
