Bride to be next year Feb 2017. I want to lose as much weight as I can before then.I have 47 pounds to hit my main goal. I am trying to stay motivated. I have been trying to lose weight since 2012.

I'm 5'0" and I struggle with the eating part too. I can't go over 1300 calories if I do I maintain or gain weight. It's frustrating. And the portion sizes I'm not good at.

My doctor wants me to do physical therapy for mine. But I heard that physical therapy won't work. I have been suffering for more then a year

I perlog my meals for a few days ahead. Sometimes I have to change some stuff but overall I stick to what I have logged. It has been helping me a lot.

I have very little friends that are active on here. None really talk to me anymore. Due to me taking breaks so I don't stress out and give up completely

I have two of her work outs on the Wii but never tried them yet. Maybe I will try one on Saturday. Tomorrow is my rest day. Have you started it yet? Which on do you have?

I had PF for months now the doctor already tried shots,I did the stretches for it now has worked for me. So I'm having to see a specialist which I can't see until Nov. Been waiting about 4 months. I know I shouldn't be exercising on it. But what doesn't cause much pain I would say the stationary bike.

OK do u know of a good heart rate monitor? I just wanna know about how much I burn when I do my work outs. Map my fitness doesn't seem accurate so I just used the data on here for light stationary bike. I did 20 mins and map my fitness said I burned 238 and on here it says like 130 something.

No not really. All I have is back pain and knee pain. My blood work shows fine besides my b12 which has always been low and my healthy cholesterol which is low. So he recommend b12 and omega 3.

I know I have an easier time losing in the winter. I exercise more

I use the Wii for exercise. Tomorrow I'm actually starting the biggest loser on the Wii.I will do that and I'm going to be doing EA active too. I have a lot of wii exercise games.

I have my two kids and my dad that lives in a different city other then that I'm alone.I have to few people on here.my boyfriend and my family ain't supportive. It seems like my boyfriend wants me to stay fat so he can get all the attention.
