What I do is I do a different DVD every day until I find one I enjoy.

Yea.i like how is tells u how long u worked out and tells u the calories u burn.for the most part my balance board has been right on my weight too

I'm trying to add more exercise.i have a lot of Wii fitness games and fitness DVDs.i have a fitness center at my apartments but can't use it due to the hours its open and I have my kids.i started doing the Wii fit for 30 mins and now I'm doing it 30 to 35 mins.im trying to get up to an hour a day.

I'm 5'0.I was 187lbs when I started on Jan.2.im now 183lbs.my weigh in are Fridays.my goal is to be at 115-120lbs.i have to kids.I had c-sections with both.im also 26 years old.

I'm a mom of two young boys ages 6 and 4.this is my third try to lose weight.i started again on January 2,2015.my weight was 187lbs.im 5 foot.as of today I have lost 4 pounds so far.im looking for mommy friends too.or just friends in general to help me through this journey.so add me please

Ok how about circuit training for some.i know there some on the data that say Wii.can I use that.I did 30 mins of advanced step last night and mfp said I only burned 109 but the Wii said I burned 150.
