I'm going to do the same thing myself. But I'll just have start and finish as I'm almost to my goal. :)

I started this journey in Dec 2014. Fairly consistent weight loss for the first 20 lbs. I've been hitting a wall lately, ie. a bit of plateauing for the last 2 months, will go weeks without change, then I'll loose a couple of pounds. So that is why I think I need to change things up. Plus, I want to tone up this flab I…

Ok, I've been doing fairly well so far. However, lately I think I need to change what I'm doing. Perhaps as suggested earlier focus on toning. I have previous back and neck work injuries, and mva injuries. So perhaps you could suggest how I go about this? Also, I've got my calorie limit at 1320 should I raise it?

Two back and neck injuries at work and I've learned one thing. Everyone's back is different. What could be good for one isn't necessarily good for another. Think before you start doing and please take it slowly.

Sounds like a good idea! I'm in!

I'm in! I've a fitbit one. Sometimes I find it attainable sometimes not. I find weekends are the worst. Hubby always saying "You don't have to work out every day", "You can have some of this or that".

Congratulations! You've done wonderfully! If you need support, to vent, ideas please feel free to reach out. If you'd like to be friends feel free to add me.

Jenn I think the best thing you can do is follow your inner voice. We all come from different places in life, have different styles. Given all that I think if it is causing you distress then let them go. Most of us have weight, esteem, health issues. As a group I think we can be very empathetic. That's why we feel so bad…

First bike ride since a kid. Wasn't it alot easier as a child? In city driving crazy! Regardless, loved it.

Ok, so hopefully no one will judge me. I've bought a used bicycle (Diamondback 2011 serene citi classic) which I hope to get out on soon. Between the weather and health issues I've not been able to before. I have a good MFP friend who has helped me find my way into cycling.

Asthma here too. Had a attack yesterday due to hyacinths at one of my patients. Of course, today my lungs are very twitchy. I modified my exercises yesterday.

I honestly didn't realize how much I was eating until I bought an electronic scale. Also, I overestimated caloric burning before I got a HRM.

Good idea ninerbuff, I found that article very interesting Angie. He/She really speaks her mind. I also found this article also interesting; http://www.aworkoutroutine.com/how-to-lose-fat-without-losing-muscle/ Hope you reach your goal.

I bought myself the Fitbit One which has been a godsend. I think this is the most accurate and budget friendly version. It even detects elevation change, for calories burned and stairs climbed. Whichever one you choose I don't think you can go wrong. Hope this helps.
